I started my working life as a Progress Chaser at Pall Europe, which gave me a good grounding in interpersonal skills and project management.
Moving onto Hampshire Training and Enterprise Council, the in-house IT team asked me to apply for the role of Helpdesk and I’ve since remained in IT support + management.
The first project was upgrading from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95, so quite an IT journey with multiple location merges/moves and IT upgrades from physical onsite, virtual to cloud.
I am also the DPO and assist with the company communications (setup Campaign Monitor for our e-marketing, and our Social Media accounts), as well as managing our website.
I love live sports, music, kayaking, and t-shirt designing along with spending time with my family.

We offer practical business support programmes across the South of England from Kent to Cornwall, with a concentration around Dorset & Hampshire, with many of our projects also working with businesses and research organisations across Europe.
