About the Event

This live, online event will be hosted by Janell White (Trinity HR) and Susannah Brade-Waring (Aspirin Business) to create a local community of HR Managers, where we will share best practice and provide practical support and guidance that can be implemented within your business.

Having both previously led and managed HR teams across different industry sectors, both Janell and Susannah have been eager to create a local HR Manager forum, to build a sense of community, to share best practice and support HR professionals to make a tangible difference for their people and the organisation.

Covid-19 has placed a significant burden on HR Managers as their employees and leaders look to them for support and clarity. With support from the Dorset Growth Hub, the HR Forum will be launched without further delay.

In the short-term, the forums will cover critical people management topics such as managing and engaging staff through the current Covid-19 crisis. However, longer-term, the forums will centre around strategic HR areas such as HR Strategy, People Plans, Employee Experience and Engagement.

Each week a key topic will be introduced and information shared with participants. During the call, participants will move into break out groups to discuss how the topic impacts them and their organisation and they will have the opportunity to share their experiences as well as their approaches.

Janell and Susannah will stay online to answer FAQs, provide information and support and signpost participants where they can obtain further assistance.

This is an opportunity to support as many businesses as possible, answer your questions and listen to your concerns.
