About the speaker

Andrea Haas: Having qualified as a medical doctor from Southampton University over 30 years ago, Andrea went on to specialise in Sport and Exercise Medicine and Musculoskeletal Medicine. She has also worked in a Multidisciplinary Pain Team.

Early on in her career, she became interested in alternative therapies and the mind-body connection. It was while working at the Royal London Hospital for Integrative Medicine, that she decided to train in Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and EFT to understand her patients better.

Realising she could offer so much more to clients outside the NHS, she started working privately. She initially helped clients with a variety of issues from anxiety and stress to weight loss and phobias. More recently she has niched down further to help women let go of guilt so they can pursue what is important to them. She works in a holistic way, on a subconscious, conscious and spiritual level adding in her experience as a doctor to help women move forward in all areas of their lives.
