This workshop, hosted by Community First will help you to;
• Analyse your ‘time-traps’ (what currently takes up your time)
• Demonstrate ways to help you organise your time more effectively
• Create S.M.A.R.T goals and an Action Plan to achieve change
• Learn how to set priorities, to delegate, to say ‘no’ and how to plan ahead realistically
