Ever used a digital system or website that is frustrating and makes you want to give up? From booking systems, websites and payments, to using an app to pay for parking; these are all experiences created for consumers, some are great and others are not.
User experience, or UX for short, aims to deliver positive experiences through innovative solutions that improve our way of life, making it easier or more enjoyable. UX takes a human-centred approach, putting the user at the forefront of design decisions.
In this user experience workshop, we will explore how we can consider our users when creating digital systems and websites. How can we use contextual feedback and gain real actionable insights on how we can improve the experience of the users to create what they really need, not what we think they want.
In this workshop, we will cover:
Iterative design
Defining the problem
Contextual user research
User research studies
Progressive disclosure
User interface design
Please make sure that you are able to attend the event before you book. If you book a place and are not able to attend we reserve the right to exclude you from further bookings where places are in short supply.
