This one-hour online event delivered by Amanda Whitlock, Managing Director at Total Wellbeing Matters, will provide you with an awareness of mental health, an assessment of your current stress level and develop methods to improve your mental health and resilience.
Poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45billion each year. However, for every £1 spent by employers on mental health interventions, they get back £5 in reduced absence, presenteeism and staff turnover (Deloitte, 2020).
It is vitally important to look after the wellbeing of your workforce as well as focusing on your own mental health and wellbeing and this webinar will help you do just that.
What will I learn?
