Running our own business quite often means working from home, this can mean our work lives can take over our personal spaces.
Some people work better in their own space and enjoy the flexibility of working at home. Some people are struggling to readjust and finding working at home a challenge. Which one are you?
In this short interactive workshop we will:
• Identify techniques to support your practice whilst working remotely.
• Identify ways to establish boundaries between home and work
